The annual catalog for those specializing in the stamps of Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Finland, Faroes, and Åland may be on thin paper and still with black and white illustrations, but it remains the bible for most collectors. The listings are very similar to last year's edition and still have the frustrating omission of Sweden's locals, revenues, postal stationery, and Christmas seals. These will be found in other out of date catalogs, but it would be nice to have current information and pricing, all in one reference.

The FACIT catalog continues to be the reference of choice for dealers and collectors. This 2002 edition maintains the previous quality of printed text and illustrations. The only small fault is the inadvertent missing page 171 in the section on Sweden (177 appears instead). A replacement page has been inserted in all copies. Check with your favorite literature dealer for price and availability.
